Trunk or treat at Carroll Smith Elementary 2018

The Juvenile office really enjoyed being apart of the Trunk or Treat at the Carroll Smith Elementary on October 31, 2018. We got to meet all kinds or characters. We enjoyed everyone's costumes and smiles. This is the start to a new tradition with the Juvenile Office. Thank you for letting us be apart of this event.
