Osceola Kiwanis 4-4-19

Yesterday, Juvenile Probation Officer's Shauna Appell and Richard High had the pleasure to educate the members of Osceola Kiwanis about what services the Juvenile Office Provides for youth and their families throughout Mississippi County. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time meeting new people. Thank you for allowing us to come and speak with you.
